How do I return or exchange an item I bought online?

If it's been 20 days or less, and you haven't worn the item(s), shoot us an email at info [at] meritgoodness.com with the product name, size, and reason for return/exchange; If everything checks out, we'll email you back with a label to print and send your item(s) back with.

How do I know the status of my order?

After you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email letting you know the package has shipped with a tracking number. If you do not, please email info [at] meritgoodness.com.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Indeed! You will receive an email upon shipment of your order with a tracking number to track the package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our new pop-up shop at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan will open in mid-February.

Is Merit Goodness, Inc. a nonprofit entity?

Nope, Merit Goodness is a for-profit S-Corp. Our nonprofit work is completed through our nonprofit arm, Give Merit, which is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

What is FATE?

FATE is a program we've started through our nonprofit arm, Give Merit. The program's mission is to provide sufficient resources and opportunities for underserved youth to embrace education and become world class citizens. 20% of Merit product purchases will provide college scholarships for the students in our FATE program.

How do Merit items generally fit?

Comfortably. The cut of our products are generally a bit fitted, and the material is always soft.
